Despite having an understanding staff and more than fair compensation, Nordia's policies regarding sick leave and vacation scheduling have deteriorated over the years. The primary advantage to working at Nordia is their bonus structure. When working in a lead role there is no additional incentive and it is extremely uncertain that the candidate will be advanced at all. Even after two years of lead time in some cases. This makes Nordia's culture overtly focused on bonus payouts rather than personal development. If you want to make money and gain experience in sales, this might be a good choice but beyond a couple years there's not much advantage to having tenure unless you feel like arguing about it.
Health care, stringent discipline in some cases.
I gave my job a first star because it has first star class. it's a sweet place to be since coming here after high school. I am a seen girl. That's right, its our lunch table that gets seen. come work here and maybe you get to sit with us.
too many friends
Nordia is a great start for a career in sales, customer service, and tech. These jobs will give you real life experience if you are looking to gt ahead quick. The pay is fantastic and the people are splendid. I love working here.
Best job ever
I did enjoy working with nordia, pool table in the games room, free gym, and a great group of people. people seem proud to work there and are very friendly.

If you want to work for a company that offers nothing but broken promises and care nothing about their employees you found the place. They will tell you what you want to hear but have no intentions of to sticking to what they said. they love to sweep issues under the rug and hope you just forget about it, or get so frustrated that you drop the issue. Unless of course you are bilingual, a minority, or have a great rack they will bend over backwards for you. They need to install revolving doors in the place cause the turn over rate is the fastest I have ever seen. My suggestion would be avoid this place like it is field with the walking dead.

We are sorry that your experience at Nordia is not a positive one and we take your comment seriously. Working in customer service can be challenging at times and is not the right fit for everyone. To be fair however, we feel that your review is not representative of Nordia's culture and values. We work hard to provide all our employees with an environment where they feel respected, supported and that their contributions are valued. Provided a structure and training to open up the door to sales positioning in a future career. Offered fun hypes and incentives for performance. It's a numbers game, just focus on your performance and you'll thrive.
My time at Nordia was alot of fun. I found that I learned alot in regards to the was technology works as far as internet, satellite,home phone and the features that are included. I received 6 weeks of very intense training for the product we sold and more experience with customer service
