Thank you for your review! We're happy that you had a great time working with us at Nordia :) We know that customer service can be challenging at times which is why we truly appreciate and thank you for your work. Best of luck for the future!
There is a culture of respect and civility which is respected by most employees and Management team. Expectations are set from the beginning regarding working conditions and compensation. However, there is some form of bureaucracy and favoritism.
Fun and nice work environment, great compensation plan.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. We're glad you're enjoying some of the great perks of working at Nordia. However, we're sorry that you feel as if there's a culture of bureaucracy and favouritism as it is not a reflection of the values and work environment of Nordia. Nonetheless, we take your feedback at heart, and we wish you a successful career with us :)
Where do I begin? The Toronto office has two processes, namely BRS and MTS. Both the sides are plagued with the same bootlicker syndrome. If you keep your boss happy by licking the boots, you get promoted, no matter how bad you are at your job. People with more experience and a better education are sitting there taking calls and fresh college graduates are preferred for team manager positions where they start sexually harassing more than half of the female population around them. The management doesn't care if you live or die they just want their numbers. You don't get the shifts you want unless you are a 'senior'. You are hired as a 'Sales Rep' with a promise of 'incentives' but you end up being a customer care rep who only gets yelled at by angry customers while a select few, favourites, get all the sales calls. A few of the team managers are chronic womanizers in the MTS side.

Thank you for taking the moment to share your feedback with us. We're sorry you've had an unpleasant exerience while at Nordia. We're also surprised by your comment as this does not reflect Nordia's values. Whenever employees are faced with a challenging situation, we encourage them to speak up about it. However, we want you to know what we're taking your comment seriously and that we share it with the centre. Best of luck.
Productive if you want to be, fun place great games room with pool, air hockey, ping pong, large screen tv
Overall a good place to work. Salary is alright, but you can make good money on commission, if you put the work into it. Benefit packages are great for dental, vision, health. RRSP also available.
Nordia is my first time doing customer sales. I can say that the experience was fun and productive . People were fun to work with. Workplace was clean and has all the things you need such as lunch room , play room , call rooms etc .

Company follows the typical telecom office procedures. 9-5 work hours, 5 days a week and the two days off depending on whether you work inbound or outbound and seniority. The policies will be familiar if you've ever worked telemarketing previously. The training is phenomenal, you can really get the hang of sales working for Nordia as a beginner.
An outbound telecommunication sales environment that was fast paced and involved targets based on number of sales and high emphasis on quality. I would recommend it!
they fire anyone who is white or canadian at the end of training so dont bother unless youre foreign. You can work your butt off and reach all the targets they tell you, you can come in with the positive attitude they expect and you can be in the inner circle and still be treated like dirt. It was an awful experience, HR was miserable, the office manager is full of lies, the team leads are disgusting and perverted (calling "dibs" on training groups girls) and the trainer i had was awful, so rude and so uneducated.
Training is great, learning while having fun. Management makes sure that there is a positive work environment that employees has less tiredness. My mentor and first Team manager mold me where I am now. I owe them so much that makes me more competitive and excel in everything I do.
