Great pay, Very Stessful
There was a lot of incentives daily, weekly, monthly. The customers that called in were absolutely rude and uncooperative. I found Bell wouldn’t give employees much wiggle room to keep their customers happy.
Outbound Sales Representative in Peterborough, ON
Nordia at beck and call of Bell
In effort to meet demands of client, Bell, agents are moved from one line of business to another with minimal training, certainly not being set up for success. Extremely difficult to do the job when unfamiliar with the numerous tools required to process a sale. Constant complaints from public about very poor customer service and lack of corporate ethics and greed of Bell Canada. Products offered particularly TV are not wanted by many due to unreasonable pricing and the shift from traditional TV (goodbye Bell Media) to online streaming platforms. Bells unsavory reputation is also a big deterrent to sales. Nordia needs to acquire more clients so that they are not so dependent upon Bell.

Okay For Inbetween Jobs, Dont Stay
The people working there can be some of the nicest people I've ever met, management on the other hand is an absolute dumpster fire. They will say there is a lot of room for advancement but it's very reliant on who upper management is friends with. The pay is pretty good, but it wasn't worth the ridiculous demands for sales that are pushed on you in my opinion. Benefits are poor and they take a good chunk of your paycheck, you'd be better off getting private insurance. Overall, if you're in a bind, you might as well do it for a bit but I wouldn't suggest staying too long. It's difficult to explain the mental toll it takes and I saw too many people, including myself, just snap on the job.
Inbound Customer Service Representative in Work from Home
Easy to get hired, pay is mostly good.
Tools often go down. You are provided minimal hands on training before you are actually taking calls and left to figure it out yourself. Now with working from home there is even less support. Multitasking expectations result in many errors. Extremely hard to achieve targets. Management does nothing to stop stat manipulation by co-workers. Very high stress and lately very nasty customers.
