Comment est-ce que No Frills a réagi à la pandémie de Covid-19 ?

  • Alright, they put up barriers between cashiers and customers, and make us wash the lanes. We all wear masks and are supposed to keep masks on customers.

  • Not well. Cashiers squished up beside customers, inches apart, without much of a barrier.

  • Responded slow and poorly. first few months no masks or distancing or even limiting customers. they temporarily limited customers. no enforcement on masks/distancing. no longer sanitize carts or baskets despite signage saying they do. employees are now forced to wear masks even behind plexi glass while customers can freely choose whether they want to or not. employees are no longer being asked to stay home if feeling unwell. they put up signage in the break rooms to know the symptoms difference of cold vs covid and not to call in sick if you have cold symptoms. had an employee sick forced to stay their shifts despite coughing and sneezing everywhere infront of customers.

  • They responded good at first, but there is no social distancing among staff or customers.

  • They followed all the government protocols for the safety of all entering Nofrills
