The only thing saving this dealership is the product they represent. Run poorly, run with skeleton crew and never thinking about the future. They would rather put out fires when they spark instead of be proactive, they are always reactive!
Forget about offering suggestions, it will just go on deaf ears, until they say it at a later date and take credit for it. Even though you work there day in and day out every hour and know more about how each day goes, their unrealistic expectations must be met instead.
This dealership could be great if it was run properly.
Nissan is a company that offers a competitive compensation package for a company that offers a truly incredible work-life balance.
Overall, I think Nissan is a great place but could use stronger leadership and more effective people management.
Sometime presuure can be quite overwelming for some enginners
It was nice experience, TL are very accommodating.Pay is very low compared to job. You would get 1 month paid training and on job nesting for half a month before hitting the floor. Overall its great except pay
Recruiting should be transparent as expected from such big brand
Not a bad place to work but very hard to get full time position.
Many people there who have been on contract for long period.
Pay for contract staff is decent and is overall a good place to get some experience.
