No record of me ever working there, no breaks, no air conditioning, no where to sit, no one washes their hands. no gloves, owner brought her child in who would sit in the back where the food is being prepared.
Got to take leftover pizza home
really hot, no gloves
No organized system in place for work, manager was very disorganized and unproductive with working environment. Workspace was cramped and stressful to work in, especially during rush hours where a simple mess up could mean punishment.
Working at New Orleans is very fast paced during the lunch and dinner rushes. There is very little amounts of free time and you have to do several things at once. However, if you like the people that work there and take the time to learn the job, it can be a lot of fun. Get to know the staff and make the best out of it. If you pay attention, the slow times will be really easy and you will have everything done in time so you can follow the schedule.

I had a good time working there it was a good work culture and I learned how to make specialty pizzas
The owner was really good and was fair with her staff. She was a great person to work for always had your back when customers complained about service or staff
This was a franchise within a small town, so may not be accurate to the rest of the company. Management was unkind and unorganized, the pay was late even for the full-time staff, and (at least when I was there) health practices were unsatisfactory.
Free "mistake" pizza
Hours never guaranteed. On non-busy days, management would simply send people home.
Overall New Orleans is an OK place to work at but due to the management it can be difficult to feel happy coming into work. The Pay is minimum wage and there are usually only a few workers due to the size of the store. It can get busy and is very fast-paced at times.
i don’t get how it’s still open after I left, nobody worked and we apparently failed the health inspection a few times before and after I left some due to darts on the counter half smoked
Freedom to do whatever
No manager, garbage phone calls, dirty kitchen, lazy employees
All the topings are pre measired. Small scoop for topping for asmall pizza, medium scoop for toppings for a medium pizza, large scoop for toppings for large pizza. You insert the pizza in the oven at one end it comes out cooked on the other. All the prep work is the same as any other pizza place. They have ogferings other than pizza
Good training and hours
This store wasnt very busy.
Easy to learn, simple pizza making. Great when working with others, though most times you are on your own. Having to answer calls, front till and make orders can be challenging when busy. Fridays are always busy, but theres usually help. Down time is for food prep and dough making. No standard breaks, your "breaks" are whenever you get to take in between orders.
Everyone learns to care for one another and is treated like family. A wonderful place to work for part timers. Flexible and you are given the amount of hours you would like to work.
Fun and friendly environment
Long hours and no benefits
delivering pizza is fun I love my customers but management seem to care what some credit thinks on google instead keeping customers and employes happy witch my customers mean the world to me and instead some winer because there always be 1 unhappy person to 300 people that are happy that life even has wait on a phone or bit late because people are busy
I took customer call and work at the front counter taking peoples orders. I also made people pizzas and other food that we sold at this store. It helped me to have good customer service skills and helped me learn how to multitask.
Get good customer service skills and experiences working under pressure
A lot of work (alot of pizzas in a short amount of time)
There is no leadership from top mgmt. and no funds to create a better site or atmosphere for customers or staff. Equipment is out dated and poorly maintained. This staff improvising to meet commitments.
Hrs of operation are not late.
Top Mgmt. is off site and rarely seen. Has stopped all advertising.
