Manager (Employé actuel) – Toronto, ON – 16 octobre 2019
Historically a great company to work for, but the last few years have seen major changes in their attempt to maintain losing profits. Lots of cuts everywhere, shifting company goals, most baby boom age workers have been let go, and increasing turnover. A company that now makes lots of promises, says all the right words, but fails to deliver what they say. Chaos and disappointment. If you are young, confident, and have a pedigree education, this company wants you.
General Labourer (Employé actuel) – London, ON – 7 octobre 2019
If you get hired here full time it's great just like most full time jobs. If you're a seasonal, be prepared to work anywhere from 0 shifts to very seldomly 5 shifts. You will even get a week where you'll work a midnight, an afternoon, and a day shift. Because Nestle really doesn't care about their employees. Majority of the people working here are at a point in their life where there's nothing else for them. The people who make the schedule have no clue what they're doing and they will hire more people just so they seasonals don't get 40 hours or overtime.
