Sever, Banquet Server and Bartender (Ancien employé) –  Tonroto22 octobre 2014
My first job was a food runner as the yacht club. I helped the server delivered the food to guests and cleaned the table later. After one month, I was promoted to server position. I took the order in the dining room in regular day service and as the bartender every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night. I also worked as the banquet server when the club had the events. In summer time, they always had the race every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. After the race, people would come up the restaurant and had their orders. At that time, hundreds of people showed up and they wanted their orders served right away. My hardest part was how to delivery drinks to them on time and correctly with over hundred orders at same time. I learnt and improved my experience a lot . Later, I looked at the name of the order, I already knew what did they have and how would they liked for their drink orders. My favourites was working on the events. I did setting the floor and table for events, checking everything to make sure they were ready before each event. It was very hard, but I could feel how I had growing in my serving and handling multi task experience. Moreover, I played a role as food and beverage manager assistant in a part of catering
