Quels conseils donneriez-vous à la Direction de MyHealth Centre pour améliorer l'entreprise?
Increase the pay for your PCR's at a minimum of 16$/hr. Then maybe we wouldn't constantly be losing staff and training new employees on a regular basis. This in itself would be cost effective. We work very hard to ensure the techs have their schedules filled. And we must constantly keep up with the multiple changes regarding bookings and methods of billing ect.... This job is VERY demanding and the phones never stop and the stress level is high.We absolutely do not feel like management supports our work and this shows in our pay. To be paid so little is disrespectful to the importance of our work especially when we keep the schedules full.
