Your hard work paid off with those bonuses and perks

I will not gonna lie working in a call Centre is stressful sometimes, but sometimes it is rewarding. Because it depends on the account that you are dealing with. Sometimes it is difficult to balance your personal life, especially..if you have family.because it is shifting, you need to work weekends and day-off is changing too so you need to plan ahead. Salary wise..? It is fair plus great extra bonus.can’t complain.

You can make friends

I got fired for no reason and they had given me 0 warnings I had very good call gradings but apparently it doesn’t matterThe people who work in the building are mostly fake but are friendly

Great job, until I wasn't allowed to do it.

The job was great, especially working in the department for Small Business as a Live Order Entry Agent. The training provided was something longer than I would of expected. Pay was okay, although our salary increase was denied because of COVID-19 reasons that we were all unaware of, no explanation provided. Never missed a shift, was always on time. Always displaying great quality for my calls. A great asset for the whole department overall I would say. I was part of a great team, with very supporting RA's and TL's, and other agents. And then the vaccination policy came in and I was forced to resign. Would never work there for that reason alone. It was actually a good job overall until it wasn't.

Being able to get health, drug and dental benefits has been very helpful as I wear glasses and who doesn't like having clean teeth? I am very grateful that MSi offers this to you after being with them for 6 months

Love MSi

overall just a really great place to work. My TL and RA are constantly in touch with me on how I am doing, they give me compliments and support me. They provide constructive feedback as well which I appreciate as I always strive to me better. I hope to move up positions some day

Are you a Leader?

I love working for MSi because I actually make more money now than in working in the field I went to college for. There is a lot of opportunity for growth within MSi. I started as an agent, was promoted to RA and then eventually a Team Lead. If you have leadership skills then this is a great place to build up your talents.

Good hours and pay

working at MSi for two years now, I love that I can take on a bunch of overtime hours as well. im the type of person who likes to keep busy so I can see myself staying at MSi for a long time

theres been a few call centres that I have worked at and MSi is by far the best! they do a lot of fun things for employee engagement, they show their gratitude for our hard work and I feel very appreciated

Great people/fun to be around

My favorite thing about MSi is the people! I really enjoy working for MSi because I feel like I can go to my Team leader any time I have a concern or question and they support me. my favorite part about working at MSi is really the people. theirs employees currently so your coworkers become your friends. some of the people I am now closest too I met through MSi.

Great people!

My favorite thing about MSi is the people! I cant wait for the pandemic to be over so that we can start having social stuff like our Xmas gala. We've gone on boat cruises in the summer time, the social comittee!

I really enjoy working for MSi because I feel like I can go to my Team leader any time I have a conceern or question and they support me. I have not been in the country for a veery long time and they have created a positive experience for one of my frist jobs in Canada

room for growth

when I started with MSi I built up my skills and knowledges of the tools they use, I made sure I asked as many questions as possible in order to do it to the best of my abilities. My team leader was super helpful and saw the potential in me, she worked closely with me to hone my skills. I am now an RA and I am going to keep pushing to seee where my career with MSi goes

You have the ability to make more based on how much you are selling. I consistently try to upsell and strive towards sales, which, allows me to make more money. Your manage will always help you improve if you are willing to accept the feedback. I have come a long way over my time with MSi. Work hard, make more!

Great People

MSi is a terrific place to work. I am always well prepared for my job and I can always as my Team Leader for help if I am in need. Welcoming environment and kind people. I have made a lot of friends throughout my time at MSi.

wonderful call centre

Managed well. everyone is treated equally. Extremely honest company employees. Very stable and supportive. Look after both your short term goals and long term goals. As an individual i believe MSi always is looking after our interests. They have continued to work with me and develop me along my career pathI do not regret any day of employment with MSi.

enjoy my job

I work on a team that listens to calls for quality. I enjoy it as i provide feedback to help others succeed in a job i used to do. Every day i seem to learn something new - whether it be from a call i listen to or a new on-line course i take for my development.I have a wonderful team leader and every day is a great day at MSi.

crazy busy

I work in the Ai team. Lots of calls daily both inbound and outbound. great incentives and daily/monthly hype. the training was long (11 weeks) but i completely understand why now that i have completed it.Nice company to work for.

My role is slightly different from others - i work with a department that reaches out to existing customers to update on new products/services. My team leader is great. I enjoy my job (I work from home) and i get lots of things done daily. The training was short and effective.

Honest company

From my first telephone call for an interview to date everything that MSi has said happens at msi has happened. Very truthful company. My training was intense but i do see the value of it. Upper management is great - they reach out daily to check on me. The workplace culture is family and fun. With COVID it has not been as easy to see but i know it is there.Just learning a new job was a challenge but i do enjoy going to work every day and learning something new - you never know who is going to be speaking to you over the phone.
