They say they perform criminal records check, but there was a child abuser working there for over a year, so I'm not really sure if they do.

I applied through Indeed and had an in person interview back in Feb 2017 (still currently employed) Was asked the typical interview questions related to experience, provided situations and how I handled them and spoke about my work ethic.

8 hours a day, two paid 15 minute breaks and an unpaid lunch. Worth noting that they can schedule you to work 9 days in a row, and you have to beg and plead with them to remove a shift or two so you too can have a break. (Seriously don't apply)

You’ve got a variety of shifts. 8hr shifts that can be from Monday-Sunday to make up full time hours. The call center is NOT 24hrs so you aren’t working late. The training period is a set schedule then afterwards the schedules for the agents are sent out.

If you're sick you get fired after 10 sick days in a year. Plus, you constantly get warned by management that you're approaching the limit even when you've only been sick twice within the year. Plus, with COVID-19 happening they are using fear tactics, and calling people to come into work, even though they haven't made the place safe. Very packed call center that you're prone to get sick in.

Fire all management, Trainers, RA's and HR. Start fresh, hire people that have at least graduated from school and have work experience. Apologize to all employees and former employees for wrongdoings they've endured. The way management treats its staff is not right and is a poor reflection on the CEO. They contribute to a toxic atmosphere and if you're having trouble making money, or hiring people to work don't look at the agents, but look at the people running the place.
