Hire a few more staff members

A union would really help this company and staff retention and as a result member retention. Member don’t like seeing staff treated badly ,belittled ,bullied , mistreated and faces changing ever other week and new faces appearing only to be replaced the next week ,loosing their personal trainer ,or swim instructor which is a direct result of the bulling dirty tricks ,phoney ,attitude towards staff from the top management of this company to general manager to branch managers and directors
Im my opinion clean house of most managers both branch and head office and several Vice Presidents and hr they are costing you members and huge staff turnover which is costing more money and tying up valuable staff time as most managers now don’t train. All the100 of votes on indeed are telling you the course of action required . Hire educated quality people for management,who have had proven prior successes in previous jobs and mentoring, hands on friendly approach willing to lend a hand and are fair and like able and don’t talk down to staff or members or spend company money on projects that annoyed members
Accommodate hours and hire more staff

I would keep an eye on harassment and immaturity in the workplace, to a point where it can harm others. I would also create more rest and opportunities for stress management. More bonuses and rewards for the employees, as working with people is not easy, especially those with imbalances and issues that need healing.
