The company needs to build competencies that serve clients, instead of using staff skills, training, and fears to establish these rather low expectations. Talking with these guys is like talking to the wall. They trigger easily, and this stops the conversation immediately. Bunch of snowflakes.
Improve the share prices
I would say that in order for them to improve the company they need to give their employees more things to do while they are there selling or promoting products. It is boring just sitting or standing in one spot for 6-7 hours. Also they should have a training course on how to do the report sheets online for people who aren't familiar with online charts.
I would seriously consider who is "management" and representing your company.
I should not be waiting since the 1st week of April for my pay. The level of incompetence is astounding.
