Follow the law of ethics! Your front line staff, particularly EAP counsellors are HUMAN not ROBOTS on steroids!
If you want associates to respect your business then respect theirs. Pay them for the time you demand to use, ie. training and consultation. And hey, here's a thought, if there is any information that you want a counsellor to withhold from the client, like how many sessions before they are max out, then consider that to be unethical. Your client is the employer. My client is the consumer. You have the conflict of interest not me (so long as I don't buy into your spin).
