Management twists their words around when they talk to you about things and they also bash employees behind their back’s to the other employees. They are not very appreciate of who they have but they’re always needing people I wonder why? If somebody doesn’t know how to run a business they shouldn’t have one and Molly Maid head office should look in to who they have running their business because I find that they do not understand what it’s like to have a family and that things happen so yeah they should be more understanding if you need a day off we work this job to be home with their families but they don’t seem to get that so I honestly wouldn’t suggest working here

Provide Benefits that are high quality (a company that direct bill is done)and employer paid 60%. Making prescriptions, dental and eyewear affordable. Giving employee wellness is a huge thing for business growth.

Not yell at their employees and take into consideration that specialists usually don’t have appointments past 5pm and also when hiring someone who has appointments ensure that they won’t yell at employees when attempting to go to their appointment
