The company culture at Modis is to treat their staff like they are unimportant. There is no increase in pay no matter how long you work there or how much extra work you take on.
They may buy some pizza pizza once year or pass out a chocolate once or twice a year....but they do not do performance appraisals, they do not help you to move ahead and they do not ever increase salary - even to the cost of living
It is like a dating service. The team team leader will be doing all the questions in person in his office. He will be sitting with a woman who barely speaks or knows how to write English. You won't be asked questions about your actual work experience. The interview will feel very awkward and you will be getting sized up when you are there by the way you look and if you are attractive to the manager interviewing you. Don't be surprised if they are late to meet with you and don't be fooled by other people who see working because every single person there is worried their job isn't safe and they are right to think so.
