They post on Indeed but also on their door regarding email application so you can call and ask if they are hiring depending on which store you wanna apply to

Depending on location and team size, the average is 8 hours for full-time and 5 for part-time. However small teams mean longer hours. Many times an 10+ hour shift was given due to the lack of employees in the store

None, it is a retail store that needs in house stocking, customer interaction, etc.

I would say to shorten the training, or have staff actually fully complete the training so they are ready for the sales floor. Also to treat employees with respect, fairness and also be compassionate. A lot of great people I worked with left this certain location because of management and I’m not sure what will change if great people with great customer service keeps leaving this company.

Learning everything there is to safety shoes. You will learn the ins and outs of how a shoe is built. At the end of the day, that training becomes obsolete as the customer has no need to know half that information.

Grow up and work on the details. Teach people how to write emails better (better spelling, grammar, and layout) and that they need to re-stock the floor immediately after selling an item. Also, be more open to suggestions from employees. Take quick action when needed. And quit putting so much pressure on every little number when it comes to the sales metrics.
