I loved going to work for the most part, I learned to think outside the box and that work can also be fun! Management was great for my first 2 years, the CEO & Former MD were great to work with and directly with them. When I was moved to a new position I struggled to work with my new direct manager.
My most enjoyable parrt of my job was shopping, event management as well as the hair, massage and tattoo bookings.
Free hair cut, massages and tattoo's
Micromanagement, Co-workers not being able to relate to my personal issues and events that I experienced
I loved working here. I might go back one day. Management was on point and clear on requirements. Hardest part of the job was being a server when needed, and long hours in order to make enough money for the cost of living.
Steady, good management, decent pay for the food service industry
no benefits, long hours, 3 hour break inbetween work shifts not paid.
