Very cut throat environment with no job security and very strict hierarchy . The fear of losing your job is a daily struggle, people drop like flies.
It is a great company if you are a "yes" person and always have your head down with no ambition. Otherwise, you will be bullied and forced out. Sadly the HR department is there to plan parties and help directors, they are not there for employees.
It's a good place to learn some skills which you can take to other companies where you will be able to grow and be better treated.
