Middle sized company that has lots of tools and many union workers employed on site. They have wobbly floors you have to drive a forklift over, doorways that are thinner than the metal sheets you have to drive through them. When I worked there they had just bought a new location and were still renovating their new facility, so things may have dramatically improved since. The management has a robust safety program in effect and they have monthly giveaways like hockey tickets as well as company Christmas parties! Its a cold shop in the winter though and the tools are all older models.
I worked here for just under 2 years before being laid off and learned quite a few things within that time which im grateful for but to be honest I probably would never personally work for this company again until they got rid of the moron shop foreman but overall the owner and staff are exceptional people and easy to get along with
People are friendly and helpful also like to answer the questions that what you have, I was been happy to work with them for over 7 years. The management needs to be improved, the rush job makes you crazy, it is often sometimes.
Lots of help from anyone asked. easy to read and understand prints a laid back atmosphere wile busy working [ no one was rushing and deadlines were always met mostly ahead of time] office staff made it a point to come talk about your day and personal life to make sure you were happy and that if you needed anything it was taken care of
