Worked there 18 years, good steady money that if you are willing to work hard and save, all my dreams came through. Video game atmosphere meaning you have to avoid the baddies but isn't that everywhere?

long haul drivers typically get a dispatch ahead of time and are given clear instruction on what is needed. Dispatch was fair with me and if they missed something that was requested they would almost always catch it and correct it. The most enjoyable part of working at midland was dealing with large long espablished customers and were easy to work with.

Midland is about as good of a place to work as any. I’ve been there for 4 years and they have always treated me with the utmost respect. Whenever I needed time, there was never an issue. Top notch company!

Good coworkers, good benefits, 40 hour work week, training provided, decent pay, flexible, physically strenuous work if you work on the courier dock. Very busy.

Self learning is the key. Training isn't enough. But it's a hassle free job. Dispatch is great and great hours as well. Flexible with hours as well and good equipments.

I had no truck and trailer experience despite having a class one license. They accepted me in their company and taught me the work. A good and kind family where you don't feel tired of working. I hope that I can progress in my work and gain more experiences.

poor management, work 12 hours a day , 5 days a week, no choice, you have to work the overtime even if you dont want to . not organized and they play favorites

When needed to stay back they except you to work pay is good the benefits all right. Winter time you got to watch your step around the trailers slippery no salt there is not shovelled properly. Some forklift drivers don’t look when exiting a trailer safety concern at times.

I drive last model Cascadia, most of the trailers are new and the rest are well maintained. On my position I have a night driving, but I enjoy this time.
