If I were Management at Michael's I would make it a priority to listen to the staff, this workplace has a high turnover for a reason. There were many coworkers I saw come and go for little reasons, Management couldve prevented some things and didn't. Everyone is expendable.
Less resets and realistic expectations so we could focus on the customer needs (customer service, making sure jokes were filled), less stock (there is often so much extra coming in that we have so much over stock), and help balance work and life.
Listen to the staff, hold staff meetings and ask about ways of improving the work experience. Have the managers philosophy carried out throughout the leadership team.
