I really enjoyed my job with Merit Kitchens. They were a great bunch of people to work with From the management and designers to installers and other trades. I learned a lot about scheduling and how to deal with delays, problems with customers and putting them at ease. I learned a lot about what it takes to put a kitchen together. The hardest part about my job was not having an answer for them without the knowledge of the trade, but I was a quick learner and always made sure to find the answer and let that customer know. This job was Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
We quite often got treated to lunch by the boss.
The business downsized and moved out of richmond.
