They are not totally concern with people necessarily coming to work 8:30 to 9:00 to start the day. The focus is on productivity from the workers. As long as you get your work done and to a specific quality, it's not a concern.
About a month from start to finish. Phone screening with HR, take-home work sample, in-person interview with manager and HR, video interview with vice president. I had a decision about a week after the final interview.
