Most important elements we look for in a company aside from, salary, benefits and recognition is culture, engagement and most importantly good managers. Sadly the area I worked in had all new management that are horrible. No engagement, no recognition, no empathy, liars, treats people unfairly the Sr manger literally will walk in the dept and not say hi to anyone except to the person they are going to see. No smile, no engagement just a horrible manager with attitude. Open door policy? NO THANKS If you are not a “star” based on the biased managements perception then you will not go far in this dept. no matter how eager you are to grow. Icare are the companies principles which clearly are not demonstrated when they hire on friends and old coworkers while others who have been there for years still employed through an agency are being lied to, led on by constant false hope. Shameful Bad culture just not worth it
You must be able to be patient and maintain a positive attitude with customers, as some issues can be very tough to handle. Managers and coworkers are great, they always try to push motivation and encourage you to continue working, by providing rewards (pizza lunches, donuts, candy) Hardest part is dealing with irate customers, best part is the people and how understanding managers are

Completing basic administrative tasks as per assigned. Was not given difficult tasks to be completed so there was not much to be learned in the position.

low pay, no leadership, so many people missing work weekly sick? Best part of the job is when you meet with a new coworker just like your self; a trusting shoulder to sometime, well even cry on. For me the hardest part of this job is watching the full time employee come in late, sleeping, talking on their cell phones-- and so many Placement Company temps just like my self -- coming in early everyday, sometime working through my time lunch at my desk, even staying late ...and all for free.

Customer Service Representative positions
-Taking inbound calls for orders, credits, complaints, returns, shipping issues, website support etc. Despite the demands of a heavy workload, the manager of the department can be discriminatory, prejudiced and biased in her management approach; particularly when there is conflict between employees. The culture allows for senior reps to verbally abuse new employees without any corrective action. I would not recommend applying for this department.
