Toxic and negative morale within the Richmond office. Within IWCS we've gone through 4 different re-orgs, at various levels, in 5 years in addition to implementing Agile methodology. Good managers are few and hard to find because too many of the incompetent managers are rewarded for bad decisions and pushing timelines over quality. And lack of quality in the product is starting to show up as safety issues for the patients.
