A new "Dress for your Day" was implemented about six months ago. This allowed all employees to wear jeans on any given day provided that they were not required to meet with someone from outside the organization, otherwise it was business casual (dress pants, skirts or dresses and shirts/tops).
Very formal; dresses, high heels, blazers, etc
When I initially became employed the dress code was business casual. After several staff meetings and convincing upper management that we didn't see any clients. The dress code was changed to casual.
