The length of the hiring process depends on the role you are applying for. For an office-based role, you will typically be asked for a brief telephone interview with a member of the Human Resources team followed by one or two in-person interviews with the hiring manager as well as a member of the talent team.
You can go through an agency or apply directly.
Going through the agency is the easiest. After a few months, you can apply and get hired from the company if the supervisor sees potential in your skills.
