I've been there a couple years and can honestly say this place used to be a great work environment, but with changes over the last year I can confidently say it is spinning out of control. US management is too disconnected with the Toronto office, the Toronto management does not understand the business model, and neither appreciates the people doing the actual work.

I've worked at Match for almost five years now between both retail field and head office store support operations. The common theme throughout my time at the company as been a focus on people and culture and making sure that you and the people around you succeed. I've seen the company grow and develop into something great over the last 5 years and the stars are only the limit going forward, I'd definitely recommend working with Match.

Match is a great place to work! The atmosphere is fun, entertaining, and productive all in one. The teams work well together and collaborate between one another to get the job done.

WOW! mobile boutique have people working since inception and growing along with the company. The team really cares about the organization's objectives and works in collaboration. The new leadership team at Match Marketing is transparent and cares about their employee's growth and development. What I also like is their openness to new ideas, recommendations and new technology leading to continuous improvement. There is a lot more to do but they are on the right track!

I give koodo to Match Marketing for being a very compassionate company when it comes to have created a supporting and understanding culture and work environment. They acknowledge the importance of life and work balance to maintain mental health and in turn they reap the benefit of getting best work outputs and commitment from their staff. Very little companies don't get this right, they have this nailed. Match also has a very advanced infrastructure, they were quickly able to easily transition working from home during the pandemic so seamlessly. Leadership communication has greatly improved over the past year as well.

A flexible company that will accommodate for life outside of the office. Management is very supportive of decisions and includes you in decision-making processes The CEO, Brian, is very transparent. During COVID-19 pandemic, he has been super clear with intentions and does weekly check-ins to stay engaged. The culture at the Mississauga office is youthful and vibrant.

The people were good to work with but were very competitive and there was a lot of gossip. No job security with very low pay. The departments never collaborated with each other and there was always high turnover.

Focus on your responsibility and the days go quick. Great social interactions with co-workers. not physically demanding. Management keep the atmosphere lite but focus on responsibilities. Work can be tedious.

This agency doesn’t know what it wants to be. Executive leadership is shady and plays favourites to the point of sleeping with lower level staff. They set a horrible example from the top down. The agency has been hemorrhaging clients for years because of it. On top of this, salaries are embarrassingly low (they expect everyone should earn 40% less than industry standards because they are located in Mississauga rather than downtown. Leadership is also not transparent about company financials and need.

Fun culture, lots of perks events and parties. Management is often disorganized which confuses employees - during a short contract, team had multiple managers with different priorities and expectations.

Terrible place to work Supervisors have NO idea what they are doing and do not care LONG hours doing cosmetic relines and they don't appreciate you at all No RAISE in 3 years

This company's brand is continuously diminished by the lack of customer service ability provided through the poor training methods received. New Sales reps are given minimal floor experience and are transitioned out of the company under 2 months of joining. A lack of professional leadership and guidance along with unethical sales practices has led to WOW! Mobile's terrible brand name as well. Managers are forced to reprimand their sales reps unless they corner employees into purchasing hiked up rate plans. 2/10 company, would not recommend for part-time, full-time, or career advancement opportunities

Wonderful team all around. Everyone is extremely friendly, understanding, and supportive. The hours are flexible and there is plenty of room for growth. While working the sales floor, it may be a little boring and dull if the location you have been assigned isn't busy. Overall though, I have learned so much with the help of Match Marketing and I highly recommend them.

constantly asked for supplies, never got a reply. Unorganized and last minute changes to schedule which lead to showing up for shifts that i was not scheduled for.

Once management switched over it became all about the money and less about the work or environment. The marketing portion of the business is not something I'm familiar with, but the retail branch offers many opportunities to learn the business.

Fun place to work but, leaders are not invested in your personal growth. Experience is completely dependent on external factors, no 2 recruiters will have the same experience within the same role even though it should be the same.

This was a boarder-line abusive agency who's management team isn't looking to improve the flaws of the system which is why most of their accounts see very high turnover.
