Avis d'employé sur Match Marketing
Implemented quality standards - required by Match Merchandising
What ever was asked to implement or requested by Team Lead - was followed up, without hesitation. I supported the programs required by MatchMG - in Merchandising, Plan-O-Grams etc. I enjoyed working with the MatchMG employees

I enjoyed the results of Merchandising for increasing Customer Sales, with clean sellable products and stores
The first part of my job was working at a store for maintenance. The worker I was to be working with was very snotty, arrogant and not polite at all. I was always being yelled at as I did not know that we were not to clean shelves, merchandise certain products, working too slow as I tried to do a good job and a few other things. I was informed on some of the procedures and that did not matter she still yelled at me. She was a very pleasant person to work with. It is no wonder she went through so many associates to work with her. She bad mouthed me to another worker and that affected me in another merchandising job in other stores.
focus on your responsibility and the days go quick. Great social interactions with co-workers. not physically demanding. Management keep the atmosphere lite but focus on responsibilities. Work can be tedious. Contracts are short so another part time job with flexibility may be needed. Lots of travel, but we know our destinations well in advance. Extra night stay at hotels are paid for if required because of weather. Our travelling safety is a high priority. Meal allowance is sufficient.
Unless you're in HQ with job security, no field work from this employer will ever provide long-lasting promising work. If you're in your 20's this would be a great place to grow. If you are over 30 and need an increase - good luck. As for clients and projects: regardless of how long they will tell you it will last, they cannot foresee changes from clients. MatchMG will tell you they have new projects with as many hours you want to work: However; you cannot work greater than 44 hours and if you do go over, it's not "time & a half" unless you're an "employee". Most of you will be an independent contract and that's not ethical. Mileage is also substandard. You have been warned.
