The workers are an astoundingly great group. But the work is quite sporadic which is fine for some people and not so much for others. This is no ones fault just the nature of the products and the clientele.

Very welcomig at the beginning , very funny , scheduling is the only downfall. other employees were very welcoming, manager is funny nice , management team not respectful about schedules.

Only worked there for a seasonal job, a good place to start up and get some experience under your belt. Everyone is super friendly and playing with the toys is neat.

I learned a lot about teamwork, management was great and very helpful. Co workers also were very helpful. Most enjoyable part was assisting people and helping them.

Very Enjoyable!

Although my job term was short, just over the winter holidays, it was very enjoyable. The other staff were welcoming and the environment was positive. I very much enjoyed the interaction with the customers and assisting them with their purchases.

Productive and fun workplace with welcoming environment
Customer Service Representative (Ancien employé) –  Oshawa, ON28 avril 2015
A typical day at work would involve a positive atmosphere where customers were on a first name basis with most of the workers. I learned how to handle difficult customers in a positive manner so that they would leave with a great experience and hopefully a product. Management was fantastic at tanning new staff members and making sure that everyone felt like a part of a family. Co-workers were fantastic to work with as well.
