Workplace culture at my specific workplace was really bad. Upper management could not place a proper leash on a couple of employees that were constantly stirring up trouble. However, the good employees there that did work and were not conniving were quite enjoyable, altogether, it made my experience a neutral one
Working at Marks can be some what fun most of the time. But usually its very stressful and not that great. Some of the management at the location that I work at, they don't really follow through if there is something going on with the staff... which isn't good.

Arriving to work at Mark's work wear house was always a pleasure, friendly staff and management created a safe working environment. Here I would interact and aid costumers gaining customer service experience. The many tasks provided to me, helped positively shape my time management skills as well. Working for this company helped me grow tremendously as a person even in the short time I've worked there.
- Show up on time, be kind and willing to help any customer - I learned proper customer service. - Kind and to the point - To be kind and informative - Memorizing the location of every item - Meeting new and fascinating people everyday.
the oppurtunity to meet new people
having to memorize each pro and con to every type of boot.
Mark's work Warehouse was my first retail job. It helped me to perfect my cash handling skills, taught me how to talk to and interact with customers. Working here also taught me how to listen to the customers needs and help them find exactly what they need.
I have a very full day receiving stock & organizing stock for merchandise to floor/wall set ups and for upcoming flyers. Taking care that all merchandising standards are met including stock placement, fixture placement, signage, windows displays, mannequins and any other visual displays.Planning & delegating the work load is an integral part of the job. I get along well with the management. I am forever learning something new as I pour over the manuals or learn from others. I love the co-workers that I work with. We have a close bond. The hardest part of my day is not having enough hours allotted me do to do the job to my satisfaction. The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing I've done my job well and each day holds something new and exciting.I am looking forward to meeting the store manager who was my former Mark's DM. Thank you
