Manager was very good but other coworkers were rude to Indian people they didn’t gave me proper shifts according to my availability and didn’t respected my hard work

No training. We started a month before Christmas as part timers. We were scheduled 37.5 hours a week so we wouldn't get full timer benefits. It was so busy that new people were left in the dark. Experienced employees didn't help. Supervisors were caddy and had more in common with high school bullies than mentors. Didn't answer questions, told me to "figure it out myself" when I asked for help finding something, despite this being my first 20 minutes on the job and me not being told anything at all. This same supervisor also began spreading rumors about how I stole the shirt I was wearing when I had worn it to work. She refused to engage with me and told me to f of when I tried to put a jacket away on a rack that she and a coworker were chatting in front of. I was given nothing productive to do and no instruction on how anything was done and spent most my time twiddling my thumbs and trying to pry im formation from my coworkers who couldn't care less.

worked seasonally. lots of hours. management needs work. co-workers mostly ladies working so little bits of drama here and there.
