I was only there for a co-op experience through my highschool, but while I was there I had a chance to work in the back of the store and bring stock from boxes to hang on hangers and take them to the floor for sales. The co-workers were friendly and helpful. I didn't get any formal training but I managed to learn on the go and pick up what I needed to know from the others and learn what I needed to. The hardest part of the job was not having the training, and the best was that everyone was very friendly and were willing to teach me enough to get the jobs done.
