I loved working there the first few months. They brought in a new assistant manager . This person had no ability to manage people whatsoever. It went from a happy easygoing work environment to a hostile negative work space in less than a month. Management needs to listen to staff. You are human you make mistakes.

Mark’s is a great place to work if you really like Retail. I enjoy working at Mark’s. Your co-worker’s and Management is friendly. There is no such thing as a typical day at work. I see all different cultures and assist them the best I can with whatever they need and if I don’t know the answer for something I ask my Manager for assistance.

A day at work- I wish we had 4 hr shifts? Learned a lot about the culture at Mark's. Management was a glorified Clerk. Hardest part of the job was folding and standing. I always like knowing some about my peeps I work with.
