Toxic Work Environment with no support from the Company
In Short Terms: Poor upper management. Lack of support. Crowded spaces. Understaffed. Limited hours. Constant negativity. Useless HR Department.The company did nothing to help any of our problems and it became the most toxic work place I have ever worked at. I could never recommend working for this company. I truly hate saying that but I don't want others to have to hurt the way I did for a company that just didn't care about any of us.

Negative Atmosphere, lack of support, no benefits to actually work hard. This place could care less about what good you do for them.

The store is a franchise and the owner is a bully to his employees, he tells at them in front of other staff and customers. On 2 occasions he would go for lunch and come back drunk.

Too much corporate control low pay very unorganized should be more work done done managers to keep customors instead of worring about numbers and pushing people to go in debt with there master cards needs to be more customer service and local involvement with dommunity

I really enjoyed my time at Mark's.
Great management and great staff.
Some of the staff are a little dramatic.
Great staff discounts, even on sale items.
A little pushy with trying to get people to sign up for credit cards. People dont want to be bugged with that when shopping.
