The location I was at is in Hamilton
The job I enjoyed for three years
But management is not there for employees
Training you figure that out yourself little to none
They have and are allowing some one else to micro manage change what you are to be doing then complain you didnt do what they wanted(management)
Work life balance is at their discretion
Very disappointing sad I left but there is allowed bullying at the location I was at

In Short Terms: Poor upper management. Lack of support. Crowded spaces. Understaffed. Limited hours. Constant negativity. Useless HR Department.The company did nothing to help any of our problems and it became the most toxic work place I have ever worked at. I could never recommend working for this company. I truly hate saying that but I don't want others to have to hurt the way I did for a company that just didn't care about any of us.

Negative Atmosphere, lack of support, no benefits to actually work hard. This place could care less about what good you do for them.
The store is a franchise and the owner is a bully to his employees, he tells at them in front of other staff and customers. On 2 occasions he would go for lunch and come back drunk.

Working at Mark's was a delightful experience and great for those just getting work experience. I worked as a seasonal sales associate and learned a lot of new skills along with the other part-timers. We had an amazing management in our store and relatively fair hours. I would say the only downfall to this work experience overall was that I don't think there could be an opportunity to make any job advancements in this position.
