People were nice but lazy. There’s no communication between ANYONE. Flexible hours but you will not be scheduled enough. About 20 employees for a store that does not need that many people. Scheduling management is horrible. The interview process was bad. They still follow a list of questions that does not make sense for a job thay pays and schedules you to the bare minimum. I strongly believe that the store needs new management.

Short hours. No communication. Not paid enough. Horrible benefits.
In Short Terms: Poor upper management. Lack of support. Crowded spaces. Understaffed. Limited hours. Constant negativity. Useless HR Department.The company did nothing to help any of our problems and it became the most toxic work place I have ever worked at. I could never recommend working for this company. I truly hate saying that but I don't want others to have to hurt the way I did for a company that just didn't care about any of us.
Some good people try their best to make it work
Negative Atmosphere, lack of support, no benefits to actually work hard. This place could care less about what good you do for them.
