Great Staff, Poor Management and Upper Management
My job started off great until the managers threw a long term employee under the bus. Gossip and lots of backstabbing, manager trying to turn employees against each other for no good reason. Staff that actually works hard are penalized meanwhile staff that don't work at all are put on pedestals. Upper management only defends the manager, therefore any problems you may face are only dealt with by making you the bad guy, even when that is clearly not the case. Poor culture, management with no customer service skills, horrible work to life balance. Would not recommend to anyone I know.

Coworkers were awesome
Management blamed for bad economy when sales low. Very low pay to work all the time. Dm terrible. Dont ever be management and a Mark's. Sent too much ugly product noone buys and made to find storage when u have none which makes back rooms crammed to the ceiling and very unsafe.
I have been working there for a couple of years and there is no room to move up. The hours seem to get shorter every week and for a married man that's looking forward to build a family and start a life it won't work and it is not a good career job. I am looking for something to make a career out of.

I pay attention to details, so I taught myself to focus on what are the minimum requirements for efficiency
