Good for your very first job. Not much room for advancement or raises.
A typical day at Mark's involves helping customers find clothing, folding and maintaining clothing displays, and cashing out any customers with a purchase.
Working here will teach you patience, the ability to work in a team, and some understanding of clothing specifics.
The work environment is sometimes speedy but may differ depending on the location. Most of the time it is somewhat laid back and very friendly.
The hardest part of the job is learning about the products that are sold and where they are located in the store.

In Short Terms: Poor upper management. Lack of support. Crowded spaces. Understaffed. Limited hours. Constant negativity. Useless HR Department.The company did nothing to help any of our problems and it became the most toxic work place I have ever worked at. I could never recommend working for this company. I truly hate saying that but I don't want others to have to hurt the way I did for a company that just didn't care about any of us.

Negative Atmosphere, lack of support, no benefits to actually work hard. This place could care less about what good you do for them.
The store is a franchise and the owner is a bully to his employees, he tells at them in front of other staff and customers. On 2 occasions he would go for lunch and come back drunk.

The job I enjoyed for three years
But management is not there for employees
Training you figure that out yourself little to none
They have and are allowing some one else to micro manage change what you are to be doing then complain you didnt do what they wanted(management)
Work life balance is at their discretion
Very disappointing sad I left but there is allowed bullying at the location I was at
