Train staff properly
Find another job that pays better, treats their employees decently, and actually offer incentive to continue working there.
Treat your staff like they deserve to be treated, reward loyalty because it feels like the people who want to make this company great are cast aside.
There isn’t any salary competition. There needs to be more initiative to stay longer. Unless you’re manager there’s not a lot of pay increase opportunities. Some people I work with have more than half the duties of manager and have been there for years but are still at minimum wage just like the seasonal workers.
