I started here washing cars and received minimum wage, but was given a raise fairly soon, it was a great first job. Lots of freedom and you drive around in nice new vehicles all day. After about a year I was promoted to the parts department. The parts manager was fair and the department was fun and fast paced for a younger guy. Most of the other employees in the department didn't like each other and that made for a difficult environment to work in. Other departments in the dealership seemed to be much worse off. Pay was quite good though as this workplace was unionized.
Fun place to work, good pay
Has various issues
