Easy Just go in and talk about what you know

Very slow process. Phone interview after one week of applying. After another one week , interview with manager and HR. Then keep you waiting for a month to get back to you. In the meantime a person moves on.

Standard: HR Phone screen, Mgr interview, VP interview, HR to close with hiring mgr

Interview was brief, summarizing previous job experience and usually asked what department and shift the interviewee preferred.
