Not organized at all, they expect you to literally know everything and exactly about the restaurant especially on your first day, like they expect you to know all the tables and for the table numbers and memorize them by the first day! It was also quite long hours standing on your feet with either no break at all or at least one break without any pay as well. It was also I would say such a toxic experience and definitely toxic and negative environment especially that it was becoming overwhelming for me especially. Also to make matters worse the manager and management in general don’t even bother training you , they let you figure it out on your own or even having to ask for help from the other co workers, they don’t let you know or train you properly at all for anything. They also treat you so bad at this location as well .
Alot of Asians working there so the treatment went with the Asian culture
Very stressful, expected to do many things at once. very understaffed so lack of employees.
