I've been an employee at Magnum almost 2 years and I can say that one if the best perks is working with the people. The compensation is decent for the industry as well. The opportunity to advance and take extra training also seems like a main focus of the management team. They do a great job of offering many extras like extended health and dental after 3 months along with a signing bonus and other production bonuses like free lunches and boot allowance. Last thing, they are truly flexible in working with schedueling shifts that work best for their employees. That's a bonus since most companies are not as flexible.
