Management ended up overhiring people and thus some employees would never see shifts. Also, you can't claim extra shifts through the Restaurant365 app because they don't check it. Your boss will not respond to your questions. They do not listen. They train you very poorly and sometimes you won't even get trained on how to do certain responsibilities in the first place. Favouritism is how you get promoted here. Management is overall disorganized, and my boss has the spelling of a 3rd grader. They may forget to give you your employee number too.
Management make lots of promises about hours, promotion, and growth to use staff. Fellow staff members are great but everyone is miserable about the job. Always feels a little understaffed and staff are always scrambling to get work done. Manager is lazy and lacks knowledge about food service.
