I worked for this company for a year. I watched upper management bully the store managers to the point of them having to take mental health leave. I think the company is trying to grow to fast without making sure they have a solid foundation. So many unreasonable things if you have a sick day your are written up and it goes into your file. I recently had a family who fell ill because they had a stroke. I missed some work and was written up for it. There is no compassion or kindness whatsoever.

Positive, fast-paced work environment, I have learned so much here! And I love that they only use compostable packaging and donate to local food banks. The salads and bread are so tasty too, I am really proud to tell people I work here. They also seem to be opening lots of new stores, so there is lots of room to grow if you want to make this your career!
