No - it's a restaurant so they require staff to run the store. This is what your position will be, while the higher-ups demand meeting insane sales goals and push everyone to work harder, faster, better. It's high intensity, high stress, and low reward. Slow down. You are nothing without you're staff. Focus on running great stores today rather than 5 years from today. Tell management to grow up, teach them some EI, and some relationship building skills with their staff.Réponse du 24 juillet 2019
