Slow down. You are nothing without you're staff. Focus on running great stores today rather than 5 years from today. Tell management to grow up, teach them some EI, and some relationship building skills with their staff.
Pretty flexible. We have a schedule posted on the app 2 weeks in advance, but my manager is flexible to adjust it.
