Depending on how severe the situation is, they give you a discussion form that is a paper trail to record when an incident took place, and what the plan is going forward. There is a three strike rule. If you get three discussion forms, you will be fired. HOWEVER, if it is three different incidents happening on different occasions, everything will eventually get swept under the rug.
